Nothing smacks of savory goodness than a good Cajun Seasoning like Gator Holler. I first made a batch of it to satisfy hubby’s penchant for Jambalaya.The base is made with Smoked Paprika with a good hit of Cayenne. Couple that with herby goodness of Oregano and Thyme and must have of garlic and other spices you have a great combo.

Gator Holler is great on eggs too. Today it is getting happy on some beef ribs with extra crushed garlic and good olive oil. We’ve dry rubbed Gator Holler, then rolled a pork loin with a local Garlic Mesquite Basalmic Vinegar for unforgettable grill. Once you get into Gator Holler you’ll be calling for more!
