Description
Chipotle is a jalapeño that has been glorified. Vine ripped jalapeños are left to dry on the vine then as if that wasn’t enough, they smoke them. I’d rate this as hot as cayenne, but with a mellow smokiness about it. Perfect for anything Southwestern.
