Say “aloha” to my little friend! Kiawe wood is the Hawaiian version of mesquite. You get a lovely campfire smell as well as a hint of the sea from this salt. Coarse ground it adds a nice crunch sprinkled on pizza crust or bread. You can dissolve it in cooking too.
