1Slice zucchinis using the thin setting on your mandolin or hand slice paper thin.
2Drizzle and hand stir gently to coat all slices.
3Sprinkle seasoning of choice to coat all. Hand stir again to evenly distribute seasoning on all slices.
4Set dehydrator temp to 135º and dry for 14 hours.
5Check for crispness, if not brittle let continue to dry another 2 hours.
6Seal in air tight jar. I put a paper towel in the bottom to soak up any extra oil and humidity.
